This is the pet carrier my grandmother got me for my new kitten. She knows that I am getting a kitten for my birthday, so my Mom and sister suggested she get me a carrier. They even picked out a few that they thought I would like, but my grandmother thought I would like this better. After all, she has seen me in my juicy pants so she thought I would like this. I wear my pants to sleep in!!! My sister says is even worse looking in person. I have not seen it yet because my birthday is in a few says still. My sister said my gram was so excited about it too. A gold and green Juicy bag. Jeezzzzz

I think it's definitely gawdy and maybe not what you would pick out yourself, but I'm amazed that your grandma would even know what Juicy is!  Anyways, hopefully you can return it.  It was probably expensive.

Dude.  At least your gram knows what Juicy is; had my grandmother got me anything fashionable it would have been a sweatshirt at least two sizes too big with a big deer and antelors or giant hummingbirds, or... well, you get the picture.  Gram made a big effort with this gift, as her excitement shows.  You'll be "doomed" to wear this whenever she is around ;).  It's really not so bad.

That is what I figured. My sister said I should just take it back, but I don't think I could do that to my Gram. I think she would be very upset. I don't want to that to her, so I will just carry.

I with everyone else here, amazed that your Grandmother knew about Juicy.


That said I would recommend getting yourself a second carrier to use on a daily basis and save that Juicy carrier for when you are around your grandmother.


It's gawdy and well, green and the words JUICY are sort of in your face, I know her heart was in the right place but personally I could not carry that around.

Maybe you can tell your grandma that you like it but dont wear gold or say something about having a lot of gold and ask if she can go with you to exchange it for a different color?  Maybe do that and then get there and you guys can pick out a better one together.

that sounds like a really good idea. it's sweet and i think her heart really was in the right place. i would definitely tell a little white lie and then accompany her to get something else.

OY that bag is gawdy but it is sweet that your grandmother gets you something that is juicy and at least you get a gift from your grandmother, my grandparents do not even send cards anymore.
