said that it actually helps with cellulite. And instead of using sugar, to use honey, I tried it and it tastes pretty much the same. Just thought I'd let you know....

Geez, for all the coffee I drink throughout the course of the day, you'd think I'd be cellulite free...well I'm not. Must be the honey although I drink my coffee with just a drop of milk, no sweetner.

I love drinking a cup about half an hour before my workout.  I find I have a great workout when I do.  The cellulite thing is an added bonus.

i love honey in my coffee. it's so good! i don't really drink coffee anymore, but it can also give you extra energy for a workout. i had a cup this morning before hitting the gym (rare treat) and i felt like i could run forever on the treadmill. which is good b/c it was my third day in a row of running, and usually feel burnt out/bored at that point.

I always thought coffee grounds were effective for cellulite as a topical treatment and stimulant? Didn't know it reduced cellulite when you consumed it...cool! :)
