afternoon ladies! so i've had a bit of good news & a bit of bad news: first, i signed up for 24 hr fitness last night & through human error me & my "partner" saved $100 each!! i got 3 yrs for $500!! now the bad news, my power went out in the middle of the night & i overslept & was an hour & 15 min late for work! i was supposed to meet my cousin after work at the gym but now i need to stay & make up the time. i think i'm gonna go work out then come back & make up 45 min (i already cut my lunch in half so made up 30 min.)
breakfast: wheat-free muesli & soy milk
snack: banana
lunch: company's monthly "jeans day lunch" so i ate a few bites of some unknown grilled fish & a baked tomato (it was persian food this time) along w/ my wild rice salad.
snack: green apple (granny smith)
b4 gym snack: 2 carrots
dinner: monkfish & baked veggies
workout: 20 min cardio 20 min fat burning on the elliptical machine, not sure what else as i'm still getting to know the machines my gym offers... any reccomendations? i want to work mostly on my "core" (abs, hips, thighs, butt) as this is my bulkiest area.
