Today is my day off in terms of working out. I got to sleep in a little, and then watch the morning news. :)

Breakfast - oatmeal w/skim milk; coffee

Meal #1 - 1/2 sandwich w/Polish sausage on ww bread; apple

Meal #2 - 1/2 sandwich w/Polish sausage on ww bread; cup of seamed cauliflower

Dinner (on the run today) - protein bar; banana; yogurt

Breakfast:


Shredded wheat, banana, chai tea


Snack:


Orange


Lunch:


Leftover wheat spaghetti and no-sugar added sauce, cheese stick, peas


Dinner:


Home-made pizza (thin crust, no-sugar sauce, easy on the cheese, lots-o-veggies)


Exercise:


Jump roping again today, hopefully through 2 TV shows

bfast-egg whites scrabled w/ salsa


snack-pineapple


lunch-salad w/ cheese, veggies and soynuts and nonfat italian dressing and cup of minestrone veggie soup


snack - apple and 1/2 protein bar


dinner...not sure, maybe fish and spinach


gym - cardio and legs and abs

I am also taking today off from the gym, but I will be there tomorrow morning!


Bfast - Protein shake


Snack - Granny Smith apple


Lunch - small Lean Cuisine


Snack - Cucumbers and a sugar free popsicle


Dinner - the bf is taking me out so I'm not sure yet.  Most likely chicken, veggies and rice though


Snack - cup of salsa and small serving of baked tortilla chips

afternoon ladies!  so i've had a bit of good news & a bit of bad news:  first, i signed up for 24 hr fitness last night & through human error me & my "partner" saved $100 each!!  i got 3 yrs for $500!!  now the bad news, my power went out in the middle of the night & i overslept & was an hour & 15 min late for work!  i was supposed to meet my cousin after work at the gym but now i need to stay & make up the time.  i think i'm gonna go work out then come back & make up 45 min (i already cut my lunch in half so made up 30 min.)


breakfast: wheat-free muesli & soy milk


snack: banana


lunch: company's monthly "jeans day lunch" so i ate a few bites of some unknown grilled fish & a baked tomato (it was persian food this time) along w/ my wild rice salad.


snack: green apple (granny smith)


b4 gym snack: 2 carrots


dinner: monkfish & baked veggies


workout: 20 min cardio 20 min fat burning on the elliptical machine, not sure what else as i'm still getting to know the machines my gym offers... any reccomendations?  i want to work mostly on my "core" (abs, hips, thighs, butt) as this is my bulkiest area.

You guys are so healthy! I go to the gym 2-3 times a week, but I still eat horribly.


Breakfast: Iced coffee w/cream & sweet&low


Lunch: Wendy's Chicken Filet w/ fries and diet coke


Dinner: I think I will try to balance it out with some lean cuisine, but who knows if I will have the willpower
