I am so annoyed! I was in a rush and needed a shirt to go under a suit for a job interview tomorrow. I ended up buying two tops, both on sale. I went to post the items on the weekday shopping section but realized that one of the tops I bought is almost $10 cheaper online. I always thought that if anything, the items in store would have a better price. So I called customer service, thinking BR has a good rep, they might adjust it in some way but they were really like "we can't do anything" I'm annoyed bc I shop at Banana Republic alot, I mean like ALOT and I think its pretty shady to have 2 different prices for the same item and not be flexible.
I always saw differences but as I knew it, the store made more frequent markdowns than were reflected on the site. In fact, it was a great tool to see if an item you bought was marked down, you would check it online and call for a price adjustment (I used to work there in college).
