Does BR still do these?  I couldn't find any mention of it on their website.  If so, what is the timeframe?

For online purchases it is within 14 days of purchase - its under their customer service under prices, limits, & taxes

It used to be 14 days in the store as well.  Not sure if they still do it though.

It still is 14 days. They have this new crafty thing about hardly ever doing markdowns though now - they used to have markdowns every week. On Tuesday I think. Gap was the same way. Now it's random.
I used to be able to count on buying something off the sale rack and then getting it for even cheaper via price adjustment. Now that never happens.
