If you go to your page where you edit your blog, click edit layout, and then to the right there should be something called Add a Gadget you can click on. A list pops up and one of them is Blogs I Follow. Select that, and then add blogs. Or go to anyone's blog and at the very top, there's a button to click on that says "follow blog" then you just have to add them where I just told you. Hope this makes sense. Off to check your blog out now!
