I think they really missed the mark with this show. What role does the lesbian play exactly? She's into everything and nothing at the same time. I don't find her in the least bit likeable. On the regular Queer Eye, it's kind of funny when the guys comment on how hot another guy is. When the lesbian does it, it comes off as lecherous. I have nothing against her sexual preferences, I just think her personality is somehow creepy. Anyway, my real question is, why didn't they have that girl's hair professionally done?!? Showing her how to tease her own hair worked for about 2 minutes, and then it fell flat again. I'll probably not watch this show very often. They way they copied everything about the original just made it cheesy. Like instead of the license plate saying "Fab Five" it says "Gal Pals". Ick.

i fell asleep so i didn't see the whole show, but i'm with you -- they were really annoying. the original queer/guy hosts all have great personalities that work together. the queer/girl hosts seem like they're just trying to act like the queer/guy guys. it's like instead of hiring hosts with good personalities and taste, they hired people to act like carbon copies of the originals. very lame.

oh yeah, and the "gal pal" thing is just not working. ew.

I watched it Tuesday night & decided to skip the Wednesday premiere. They don't click like the Fab 5 & it feels too staged. IMO, they shouldn't have expanded the franchise.

I thought it was stupid and really boring. The original QE is so funny to watch. The guys really work well together, the banter seems natural and doesn't seem staged. I don't think I'll watch this show again. It annoyed me that they didn't seem to spend as much money or effort on the girl as they do on the boy. Making her do her own hair and make-up...stupid.

I agree with everyone. I thought it pretty muched sucked. I was pretty disapointed. I knew it would be as good as the orginal, but I didn't think it would be as bad as it was.

I watched both the sneak peek and the premiere show. Dork-a-riffic, I know.

I didn't love it like the guys' show, but I didn't really hate it. This group doesn't have the same chemistry as the last, and I agree that there should have been more of an atttempt to modify the formula so it would be fresh.

I actually thought Honey was decent in the preview but in the premiere episode I could have done without her. I'm stillt rying to figure otu waht "lady" issues she's gonna talk about.

Although I keep asking myself...if you're in LA and you have everything in the world available to you, why the hell are you going to a CRAPPY Nordstrom (as the one at The Grove is, since it's about the size of a matchbook case) and saying it's the hotness? In the preview episode they went to Banana Republic...

I felt that with the guys, they were a little more inventive with their store choices and really tried to cater to the guys, whereas with the girls it was kinda lets go somewhere where you can't possibly be offended because we offer everything!

I will keep watching, though and see what happens.
