Today, I have work and school until 6, so my ass will be tired. And, I worked out HARD yesterday so today will only be:


glutes and thighs


30-45 minutes of cardio


Have a good one ladies!

Worked out this morning - 1hr of cardio on the treadmill (45min run, then 15min speed walk)

Breakfast - oatmeal w/skim milk; coffee

Meal #1 - 1/2 sandwich w/turkey pate on ww bread; banana

Meal #2 - 1/2 sandwich w/ham on ww bread; whole tomato

Dinner - cup of cottage cheese; ww pita bread; ff yogurt

Okay ladies, I'm getting back on track today (after a seriously long hiatus)!


Meal #1 (bfast)- slammed a Syntrax protein shake on the bus this am, hee-hee!


Meal #2 (snack)- half granny smith apple with tablespoon of natural pnut butter


Meal #3 (lunch)- small lean cuisine and the other half of my apple


Meal #4 (snack)- foil pouch of tuna with lemon


Meal #5 (dinner)- half turkey sandwich on whole grain and homemade chicken soup with carrots and celery


Meal #6 (snack)- VHT chocolate protein shake and a sugar free jello snack


Also, drinking 1 gallon of water and 3 cups of green tea throughout the day


For my workout I will be doing 10 minutes on the elliptical (with arms) and 10 minutes on the Stair Beast (the actual stairs that you climb)


Weights will be legs and back with a little bit of butt and abs thrown in for good measure.  Have a great day!!

morning chicas,


breakfast: wheat-free muesli


snack: banana


lunch: salmon w/ ff plain yogurt, dill & lemon juice


snack: apple (i love granny smith too!)


b4 gym snack: carrot & kiwi


dinner: baked zucchini


workout: officially joining 24* today, didn't get much done yesterday due to paperwork so i'm gonna do some major cardio & maybe upper body?


*the 24 hr fitness deal ends TODAY for anyone interested (the $800 for 3 yrs 1st person, $400 2nd person & then both pay $20/YEAR after that deal).  if my "partner" doesn't come thru i may pay $800 but that's still i a pretty good deal since they were trying to con me w/ the $41/month deal plus almost $200 sign up fees!!

Ok its a rainy gross day and I'm slightly unmotivated.

Breakfast: Weight Watchers Apple Muffin (really really good tasting) and one of those lunch packs of caned pears (really tiny ones)

Snack: String Cheese

Lunch: Soy Corn Dog, Apple, Chocolate Pudding

Snack: Orange

Dinner: Crawfish Etoufee

Will try to walk otherwise pulling out pilates dvds.

Mexican night has been cancelled due to my friend getting an interview

me today


nectar protein shake


bran/carrot/rasin muffin w/ coffee


turkey on mixed greens


pineapple


rasins and almonds and soynuts


chicken w/ homeade eggplant caponata or a homemade cannelini bean soup w/ chicken and spinach


protein shake


and gym is chest and back and cardio!


Lost 3 pounds this week! :)

congrats on the weight lola!  i'm kinda sad cuz i weighed myself at the gym last night (they have those doctor type scales) & i weigh 1 lb. more than i thought i started at!  hopefully i can start dropping the lbs. now that i will belong to the gym!
