lunch: salmon w/ ff plain yogurt, dill & lemon juice
snack: apple (i love granny smith too!)
b4 gym snack: carrot & kiwi
dinner: baked zucchini
workout: officially joining 24* today, didn't get much done yesterday due to paperwork so i'm gonna do some major cardio & maybe upper body?
*the 24 hr fitness deal ends TODAY for anyone interested (the $800 for 3 yrs 1st person, $400 2nd person & then both pay $20/YEAR after that deal). if my "partner" doesn't come thru i may pay $800 but that's still i a pretty good deal since they were trying to con me w/ the $41/month deal plus almost $200 sign up fees!!
congrats on the weight lola! i'm kinda sad cuz i weighed myself at the gym last night (they have those doctor type scales) & i weigh 1 lb. more than i thought i started at! hopefully i can start dropping the lbs. now that i will belong to the gym!
