I recently palced an order a couple weeks ago with Sephora. Two days later they sent me an email confirming that they had shipped my order and also provided me with a UPS tracking number. Well after three days of using the tracking number it kept coming up as a nonexistent number. So I called and spoke to an operator and she tried explaining to me, that even though they send a customer an email w/ a tracking number does not necesarily (sp?) mean it has left the warehouse. I told her that was a poor explanation and requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor explained the same thing. Well finallly I got my order, but the three samples you can choose along with your order did not come in the package. Even though in the order slip it was checked off as being included with the items that I ordered. So I went ahead and called just to ask if I could just be sent my three samples. The first thing the lady tells me is if I had a previous problem with them before, I said yes, and referred back to the shipping incident. She told me she would try to see if she could send me the samples and would get back with me through an email or phone call. Its been 3 days since, what do I do. I know its not such a big deal, but I feel like I got looked over 2 times already.
