Morning ladies,
breakfast: wheat-free homemade muesli
snack: banana
lunch: wild rice salad
snack: apple
before gym snack: carrot & orange
dinner: monkfish & baked veggies
workout: 1st day at gym! elliptical & lower body (shoulder still hurts a bit)
Breakfast:
Shredded wheat, Banana, Coffee
Snack:
Small Apple
Lunch:
Soup, Orange
Chai Tea w/1% milk and splenda
Dinner:
Low-fat Turkey burgers w/lettuce & onions, Peas
I jump roped through 2 tv shows yesterday - will attempt to do the same today.

b-fast - scrambled egg whites w/ teaspoon salsa, vitamins, water
snack - almonds soynuts and dried cherries
lunch - turkey on mixed greens w/ non fat honey must dressing, water
snack...lowfat cheese w/ some kind of protein...
dinner - not sure yet...chicken?
protein shake.
Doing chest back and abs in the gym and a big cardio routine....
Trying to cut out carbs for a week and up my cardio to see if i can loose the extra 5 pounds I gained as a result of the holidays! ;)
Good workout today but only because I had a lot of free time:
1 hour cardio
biceps and back
abs
1 hour pilaties (sp?) class
I feel good!
Breakfast: Coffee first thing and then around 10:30 a Light and Fit Smoothie
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Bowl
Snack: Banana
Dinner: Baked fish, mixed veggies, salad and instant mashed potatos.
No workout today.
