Morning ladies,


breakfast: wheat-free homemade muesli


snack: banana


lunch: wild rice salad


snack: apple


before gym snack: carrot & orange


dinner: monkfish & baked veggies


workout: 1st day at gym!  elliptical & lower body (shoulder still hurts a bit)

Breakfast: Sara Lee Bagel (the new ones - less calories pretty good) 1 cup strawberries

Snack: String Cheese

Lunch: Chick'n Sandwich w/ lettuce, cheese, & ketchup, 1/2 c peas, 1 large pear

Dinner: Garlic-Ginger Chicken w/Potatoes, 1/2 c corn, Bananas Foster (both are light recipes & I'll post if they are good)

Walk 40 mins tonight with doggy since weather is still holding up.

Chai Tea w/1% milk and splenda


Dinner:


Low-fat Turkey burgers w/lettuce & onions, Peas


I jump roped through 2 tv shows yesterday - will attempt to do the same today.

Thanks to crystal for remembering to post the diet thread daily! You rock! ;)


b-fast - scrambled egg whites w/ teaspoon salsa, vitamins, water


snack - almonds soynuts and dried cherries


lunch - turkey on mixed greens w/ non fat honey must dressing, water


snack...lowfat cheese w/ some kind of protein...


dinner - not sure yet...chicken?


protein shake.


Doing chest back and abs in the gym and a big cardio routine....


Trying to cut out carbs for a week and up my cardio to see if i can loose the extra 5 pounds I gained as a result of the holidays! ;)

Worked out in the morning - lower body weights; abs.

Breakfast - Health Nut bagel, ff cream cheese, ham; banana; coffee

Meal #1 - 1/2 turkey pate sandwich on ww bread; apple

Meal #2 - 1/2 ham sandwich on ww bread; cucumber

Dinner - not sure yet... maybe cottage cheese, or turkey hot dogs; yogurt

Hopefully this will motivate me to start eating better!

For breakfast I had a low fat strawberry yogurt

For lunch I had vegetable soup, a banana and energizer trail mix

For dinner I'm not sure. Maybe baked chicken with cream of mushroom soup, with veggies, or something like that.

Good workout today but only because I had a lot of free time:


1 hour cardio


biceps and back


abs


1 hour pilaties (sp?) class

Breakfast: Coffee first thing and then around 10:30 a Light and Fit Smoothie


Lunch:  Lean Cuisine Bowl


Snack: Banana


Dinner:  Baked fish, mixed veggies, salad and instant mashed potatos.


No workout today.
