Ok so i've always thought about this and can never find the answer. You know in that song "808" by Blaque...what does "808" mean?? They say "boom like an 808" and i've heard the number 808 used in other rap songs as well. I dont get it??? I thought it was an area code, but its not...its one for Hawaii, and i dont know many rappers from HI. So if anyone has insight on what 808 means, please share!!

Jess, it means that, too.  There are 3 definitions!  Lol!
