work restructuring...good and bad news	Permalink Closed

I am actually really happy with the changes that my boss/investors have decided on. 1- I am going on salary as opposed to hourly and I should get about $5000 a year more than I currently make 2-We are moving out of our horrible location that we are in now. We have no heat, the plumbing backs up, our landlord is awful. I am so happy to go! 3-The other girl that I work with is getting fired (It feels so good to tell someone, I'm terrible about keeping secrets). She's a really nice lady but her work sucks. She will never do anything more than the bare minimum required of her. She's a sweet person but I'm not sorry to see her go. I have really positive feelings about this year. I think my work life is really going to improve. __________________
