The smelly, stinky, nightmare having roommate is moving out by March, April at the latest!!!! He decided to move out b/c he feels 'unwelcome' b/c I ask him to clean up after himself and I get upset when he leaves his trash everywhere. Poor him. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is great news!
