After reading many posts about the amount of $ spent on clothes here and on other forums I thought it would be a kick to post how much was spent on our daily outfits.  Then we can see where we spend/save and yet still manage to look cute.  


Okay here's mine...(don't laugh it was a bad morning and a Friday to boot)


DKNY jeans-  $25 (Marshalls)


white t-shirt-under $10 (Old Navy)


New Balance - $45 (DSW)


"Carver School" sweatshirt- $15 (Carver School)


*Hopefully my next post will be MUCH better.

LV Speedy 30-$515 (I carry it everyday, so I think it counts...)

Total: $811 wow..... This is all before taxes/shipping too...

Pink 7 A-pockets -$75 (bought from KinCali)


White tank -$5ish (NY&Co from TJMaxx or somewhere)


BR pink cashmere hoodie - $50 (on clearance last year)


navy/pink striped mens' tie belt - $15 (I think...it was an Xmas present)


grey/pink Puma anjans - $60 (Footlocker w/code)


Besso light blue MJ-sophia lookalike: $30 (DSW on clearance)


Total: $235! Dayum!

Short sand Uggs - $110 (got as a gift)


Lux denim trousers - $60 (got as a gift)


Peach Petit Bateau cami - $20


Gray zip up hoodie sweater - $30


Black down Feathered Friends coat - $300 (got as a gift)


Camel Zara purse - $30


Gold and pink Indian necklace from eBay - $25

I'm a little late, but this is interesting to read. Ok, here's me today:

1. white l/s thin shirt, gap $20
2. red and cream patterned collared shirt, vintage $10
3. light grey thin cashmere sleeveless sweater, j.crew $30 (on sale)
4. bra/underwear, vickie's @$40 total
5. tan cords from gap, bought at a thrift store for $1.50
6. grey flats, nine west $20 (on sale)
7. grey leather/snakeskin purse, vintage $10
8. earrings, made myself $2.00 (for the stones)

10. light tan trench coat, theory $400
TOTAL: $608.50

Huh. I thought my total would be less than that. I'm wearing some of my vintage/thrift store finds, so I figured this would be a cheap outfit. I've had my watch for over 6 years and it's not really that nice. It's nice to see the deals people have gotten on their items. Yippee for sales!!!!

I forgot I wore a jacket today. That jacked my total up from $200 to $600. Ouch!!
