WHERE ARE MY POSTS GOING?

Sorry to yell. At first I thought it was just me, but I posted probably 10 times at work today, and only 3 showed up. I am sure I submitted them...I have been paranoid so I made sure I hit the right buttons. Are they getting removed or something? I even posted one in this forum and it's gone now. This has happened several times in the past week or so.

halleybird.. that's weird - it hasn't happened to me. We certainly haven't been deleting your posts (now, if they were about careers, we might have moved them into the new career section).

Is it acting like your post has worked and then it doesn't show up? Pls let us know.. that should not be happening.

no, it definitely acts like they worked, and then they just aren't there. And they weren't moved. 


I thought it was my computer, but then it happened at work. It hasn't happened since I posted this, though. Next time, I will record the date/time/location/title of the post and PM you. I guess it isn't happening to anyone else?

Hey, halleybird, this is probably not the issue that you are having, but a couple times I thought this happened to me and then my post was really the first post on the second page.

DC! I figured it out! At work I have an iBook, and because of the screen size, the "submit" button is in a different place than it is at home. I must have been hitting "preview" (in the place where submit usually is) and then hitting my back button once I saw that my post showed up. DUH!!!! And I think my issues at home have to do with my slow-ass computer.

Sorry for the false alarm!!! PS - how come the emoticons are animated on my mac but not on the PC?
