Just had to share my retarded NYE!
Permalink Closed

My sister found her camera! Yay! Here was my New Year's Celebration in Vermont! I just had to share because some of these pics are too funny...

It started out innocent enough

here's me!

me and my sis! (she's pregnant! yay!)

no the guy on the right does not normally dress like this...he felt like going in costume...(in person it was better because it was see thru and polyester, and he grew his hair out especially for this night and then slicked it down w/ gel, and he stayed in character for most of the night which was the funniest part!)

then we felt like doing a photoshoot, tinfoil light reflectors are the best! isn't he so sexy!

then we boogied down

we did lots of shots

then he peed himself (he didn't really, it just looks that way, and he wanted to take a pic because it made his schlong look big!)

I'm feeling peaceful for some reason...

for the rest of the night we played drinking games

this was out team huddle...going over our "strategy"

we won!!!

to complete the healthy weekend of drinking we capped it off w/ a nutritious breakfast

yes he is eating an ice cream cone for breakfast, no ice cream, just cone

breakfast of champs

The funny thing about this weekend is that the median age was probably around 30 years old...

wow, i can't believe how many people were there for the weekend! that's pretty awesome.
you look so cute. and i'm actually kind of into that guy's outfit. haha.

however, i think my new year's definitely beats yours in terms of stupidity. for some reason my sister has been really into singing "i saw red" by warrant for the past week and came up with all hand gestures so i told her to perform it at our friends' party. we then decided to rope in one of our guy friends and force him to do a duet with her.
due to various problems we weren't able to take over the stereo at the party and we wound up spending most of the time in my friend's studio dancing to hair metal.

It looks like both of you had a great time!

Lola, wow! that was a huge crowd you had for the weekend and I have to say you looked adorable!

Oh how I wished that we took pictures. I had some friends over, 3 other couples and they are in their late 30's or early 40's. They brought their kids (teens) who comandeered the family room with music (think Modest Mouse and Anti-Flag) while they played video games. Quite well behaved and quiet.

The adults on the other hand had a karioke machine! I was trying to behave myself in light of my car accident earlier in the week, but I had taken no medications that night and...ahem, the alcohol did the trick. I soon found myself singing a rousing rendition of Gloria Gaynor's " I Will Survive"! Neck brace and all!!!

(so fashionable, I added a pretty, small brooch to jazz it up for the night)

My girlfriends are still laughing about this.

It looks like a great time, Lola! Actually looks similar to my NYE - spent at a friend's lakefront place up north Michigan - cross country skiiing, lots drinking, and lots of eating (our food looked better than your's though! mmmm... cigarette, orange peel and egg open face sandwich...)

Yeah i think the house was the most amazing part, it was on top of a mountain, very secluded, all the floors were this tile but the floors through the whole house were heated (!) there are 15 bedrooms and each bedroom has a bathroom attached and they even had towel warmers! Sooooo cool! :)

Yay for tippy cup!!  I seriously thought that game didn't exist outside of Michigan for a while.  When I moved to Chicago and tried to get my bf and his friends to play it with me they looked at me like I was a crazy alien.  They had never heard of it!!  It looks like you had a great time!!
