hey bumblebee!


i'm not sure if i'm remembering right but did you ever post on FH about wanting to invest in art?  if so, i totally thought of you on NYE!  so random i know but i was talking to a couple of art collectors at this party and they were telling me that there can be very good pieces that go up in value quite substantially at this place in chinatown--i think it's called china art objects?  anyway, i totally have the art bug now too and i think i'm going to go this weekend, just wanted to pass on the info in case you were interested!

aww, thanks for thinking of me!  i have heard of china art objects, but i have never been there.  there are several cool galleries in chinatown now, all clustered around the same little area (another one is called black dragon society)--i want to go check them out soon!  i still haven't had a chance to get the photo i wanted (it's at a gallery in bergamot station), but i will definitely post when i do!

yes, black dragon society was the other one they mentioned!  i'm so glad you're familiar.  anyway, black dragon used to be great but now they've supposedly jacked up they're prices so it's harder to get deals.  whatever, i just wanna go look and see you know?  but anyway, post when you get your piece, i'm so excited to see it!
