For a really good under eye concealer? I am noticing black circles...ugh. Please help. Oh and by the way, I am more of a drugstore gal than high end. Thank you!

Sonia Kashuk's Hidden Agenda Concealer Kit has gotten pretty decent reviews over on makeupalley.com.  It's comes with a couple of colors so you can blend, and then a translucent powder to set the concealer.  It's also only $10.  I plan on trying that when my M.A.C. concealer runs out.
