OK but you have to promise not to laugh!  I used to have an awesome gunmetal-gray eyeshadow but it broke long ago.  I went to the drugstore to see if I could find something in a similar shade, and the only brand that made gray shadow was . . . . Caboodles .  It comes in a 3-shade compact (neat-silver and shaped like and oval/orb kind of thing) with white and silver and gunmetal shades and was only $2!  I got it home and tried it with low expectations (it's Caboodles for goodness sake!).  I was super impressed!  The pigment is really concentrated and it creases even less than my more expensive shadows do.  I think I may go back and get some more colors . . .
