so I still haven't been billed by redenvelope, and I received my order on the 11th, so I attempted to use their Live Customer Service thing online, that was like pulling teeth, I kept asking about my bill and she kept telling me that "it will take a little longer to get there since it was monogrammed"??! are you a live person?? can you read?? I told you I got it!! and then she told me again, "ok...you were right, but still, since it was shipped on the 13th, you should be getting it shortly"...whatever, so then I called the 1-800 # and talked to a rep who told me, that it should be billed shortly...and "that's weird"..."i don't know" ...I just don't want to spend this money and then get an overdraft charge (which I'm notorious for) aaargh!
