has anyone made a purchase from this website before?   they have the balenciaga le dix for a pretty good price and i'm considering purchasing it for christmas, but don't know if they're reputable.  any thoughts?

I ordered a Gucci from there one time...the hardware was scratched but they were nice enough to let me return it.  I really do think that the bag was fake though...those prices are just too good to be true!  But they do have great customer service!
