Hey everyone! Thanks for the kind emails wondering where the heck I was and informing me of this new site!

The truth is, I've been terribly swamped with school and work. I know a lot of people just say they are, but I seriously felt like I took on way more than I could handle this semester! I'm not sure if any of you would remember this, but I posted awhile back on FH about getting into this competitive program/class at school where we have to come up with strategies to solve some companies' problems and then present it to them. Well, the class ended up being more work than I was used to - imagine staying at the school computer lab with a group of equally frustrated people on your team until 2am, sometimes giving up my Saturday nights!! It was brutal to say the least, but I've really learned a lot, worked with some amazing people and gained some major confidence in public speaking (I'm still glowing from my last presentation that took place last Thurs!).

All that, plus a few other classes (it seemed like a semester of neverending group projects for every single class) and my work situation (I hate my boss! But who doesn't? LOL) made me a very busy bee! And now it's finals week (I see a few other girls here are going through the same thing), so I'm still waiting for that to finish up but I thought I'd just stop by to say HI...and I hope to post here more often! I miss you girls!
