Can I get some recs for an all-inclusive hotel in the Caribbean?  Anywhere but Jamaica, as I was just there and didn't care for it too much.  We would prefer adults only, but will stay at a family resort if it's an amazing property.  We want to relax and are willing to spend about $3,000 between the two of us for 4-5 nights (not including airfare).  We will be flying out of Atlanta and leaving in June.

The Turtle Inn in Placencia, Belize is pretty awesome. It's a very laid back and relaxing place. http://www.blancaneaux.com/ They have a few all-inclusive packages, I believe, around $3,000 for a couple. It had more of a honeymoon vibe than a family vibe, when I was there.

I didn't go here, but a friend did, and she says it's a great place to go and just chill. There's not much to do besides hang out and go to the beach:
