Ok, I'm going to get a lightweight compact stroller, especially for vacations, etc.  I don't want one of those cheap umbrella strollers, I want something strudier.  Things that are important to me, reclining, shade, 5-point harness and compact (important for trunk space, my graco travel system stroller seriously takes up half my trunk!).  Here are some I'm considering, anyone have any experience with any of them?  Other suggestions?  Probably looking at spending no more than $150-$200.

I have the #6 in a different print (got it 2 years ago)...I like it, but don't love it. It's great because it is very lightweight in comparison to the huge stroller you carry before. It also reclines a little for when they're sleeping and has a bit of cushion (unlike other lightweight strollers I tested) I even toss it in the back seat sometimes. I also like the way it folds, its really tiny and doesn't take up much space.

What I don't like (and thought I could live without, but now that I think about it I shouldn't have sacrificed....)

The storage basket....Its very, very small, it doesn't hold very much. If you are at the mall and carrying some shopping bags, plus your diaper bag that wont fit underneath, it becomes a real task to make it to your car, LOL.

No cup holder, as my DD got older and off her bottle and onto sippy cups and snacks...there was no where to put it, no tray or cup holder. There is a mesh pocket on the back seat that you cant see on the picture, but that's where I would squeeze the cup into.

It gets wobbly. I know the weight capacity is 45, DD is not even 40 lbs yet and the stroller is getting wobbly. I almost want to go out and invest in another one, but she'll be 4 in a few months so I dont think its worth it anymore.

ETA: That said...I really like the 1st three you picked out.  I can't believe those have a weight capacity of 55 lbs.! I might have to check those out IRL.

I have a Maclaren stroller but I have the XLT not the Triumph..

I really love it...however I do have some of the same complaints BQ has (i.e. no cup holder, bigger basket) aside from that it is really a great stroller. I don't think the Triumph reclines (I could be wrong about this) but I was HIGHLY recommended getting a stroller that reclines, I really love that feature, because whenever Jola gets tired, I can just recline her all the way back and she is nice and comfy in her stroller. Another thing I love about the XLT, is that the shade is really large..so during the winter it comes in really handy in protecting her from the elements

another option that I would suggest is a Quinny Zapp

I LOVE this stroller and if I could have convinced my DH, I would have traded my Maclaren in for this one(well not really traded more like buy a second stroller).....so cute!
I'm not sure where it is hiding but I'm pretty certain it has a shade..or at a min a shade can be purchased for it.. because I've seen it with a shade.

i have the #5 stroller, the chicco, (in the same color you posted!) and i really love it! it comes with a bag you can put it in for traveling and airplanes so it won't get dirty and the front wheels lock so it can easily be pushed where other strollers get stuck. we bought ours right before our trip to nyc and we took it to jones beach, on the beach, with no problems. it doesn't have a cup holder, but the basket is pretty decent sized for being a "umbrella stroller". it's really light and easy to carry around, also. my daughter has fallen asleep many times in it, since it's a smooth ride. hth!!

Umbrella strollers have come a long way.  If I were looking for a new one, I would want these features:

*smooth ride (on vacation in Mexico, my umbrella stroller really disappointed me on rough concrete and was a chore to push!)

*recline

*shade

*5-point harness, so the little guy is more secure

*storage basket

*cup holder in the handle bar area, not necessarily for the child

and you may want to look into buying one of these since most umbrella strollers don't have cup holder trays for the child.  The Drink Deputy, I believe it holds sippy cups too, or they have other sizes...
Great for Baby Bottles or Sippy Cups

Since we were in Italy when my girls were babies, we used a lot of Chicco products (it's an Italian brand).  We had good luck with the designs and quality.  This is a Chicco, and I think it's really cute!  Good reviews too.

I just bought this one a few weeks ago and we took it on vacation last week.  It's an umbrella stroller but not as small as the chicco one you posted.  It's taller, which is awesome.  My husband would not go for the shorter ones, he didn't like having to lean over to stroll.  The basket is a nice size for a lightweight stroller, it's sturdy (we'd hang the diaper bag on the handles and it wouldn't tip over even with Hayden out of the stroller), it reclines, easy to fold up, & has a rain cover.  Overall - so far so good!!

Thanks girls for all the tips!  We went to Babies'r'us this weekend and I had all intentions of trying to talk hubby into the MacLaren one but then we found this one for only $99 and fell in LOVE!  So easy to use, tall enough, decent basket underneath, our feet don't run into the wheels when we're walking and it maneuvers really well.  And the blue camo print is super cute!  I highly recommend to anyone else looking for an umbrella stroller (also comes in pink camo):

Oh, and I just bought one of those accessories kits with a cup holder, etc.  I haven't used it yet, but I'm hoping to like that as well.
