i remember Express had a 3/4 length cashmere turtleneck in different colors, black was one of the colors and it was $78.00 dlls. It might already be on sale.

Karina, I looked forever for the perfect 3/4 sleeve black turtleneck, and the Express one is awesome. The cashmere isn't super quality, but it's not bad for the price.
