I'm sure you all remember my posts on FH about my annoying, messy overgrown fratboy roommate. He's a very nice guy and he's my friend, but I am really tired of living with him. It's to the point where it's intrusive to the bf and I--he yells at us if we are sitting (just sitting, not as if we are stripping down and making out) on the couch together. I'm constantly in a cranky mood around the house, either from cleaning up his messes or because I just want to spend time with my bf alone and we can't. It's bad enough that my job sucks, I don't need stress at home, too.
Sorry, I'm in such a foul mood. Thanks for letting me vent.

Tell him that you and the boyfriend are selling the house and buying a new one. Then he will have to find a new place to live. Then just say things didn't work out with the new house once he is settled elsewhere.
I'm kidding, but it would be nice if that would work out.
Can you and your bf afford the house without him? If so why dont you give him a month notice and say that you guys are going to be living alone. I dont think there is anything wrong with that. Just make sure you give him enough notice to find a new roommate and place to live.
