Thank you so much for all your kind thoughts and words. To all of you who shared your pet stories, thanks, and my heart goes out to you, too. I know I'll be okay - Allie's passing was not a shock, and I'm glad she could go peacefully and not in too much pain. Thanks for listening and sharing, it's made me feel better. It can be so hard to face death - even if it's "just" the death of a beloved pet. So thanks to all of you - and - I will keep looking for a photo of Allie at her chic-est!

I am really sorry for your loss DCS. I still remember how horrible it was when my dog Sam got hit by a car when I was 10. You'll always remember Allie and how much you loved her. At least she isn't feeling anymore pain.
