and I have to answer the following questions to represent my qualifications and turn them in on Monday. The HR Director sent these out this afternoon. I feel like I am back in school all over again.  I am having a little trouble on the Innovative Successes question.


1- Education (degrees completed)


2- Sales Development and Customer Management Experience


3- Marketing Experience and Knowledge (branding, strategies, analysis, plans)


4- Budgeting experience and P&L accountability


5- Positive People Management Experience


6- Supply Chain Experience


7- Innovative Successes


From the email 13 people are being considered and I am the only female.  They did come to me a couple of weeks ago and ask me if I was interested and to apply before the job was ever posted.  The President told me that he was considering 3 or 4 people.

Oy, mika, that looks very headache-inducing!  It does sound like you have an edge, though, since they approached you prior to the job being posted.  Good luck!

Mikacat--That is great!  I hope you get it.  For the "innovative successes" question, can you think of something that you did that noone else was able to do or some different way that you handled a problem or conflict?
