I am thinking I would need a size 6.  I am not really familiar with DVF sizing, but a 6 is what I normally wear in wrap dresses.  They have it in a 2, 4, 6, and 10 at yoox, but it would be over $200.   I just don't want to spend that much, but it is so pretty. If you don't mind I would love for you to see if you can find it cheaper.  I  have another on my list.   It is the DVF Kea.  I would probably need a 6 in it too.  Now for the Kea, I would pay over $200 in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately I  live in a hick town in Alabama and the closest outlet to me that would even have DVF dresses is at least 3 hours away.

ok, the price you are seeing on yoox is actually the cheapest i've seen this dress in a LONG time. i was fortunate to find mine at nordstrom rack, but it was a year ago and they are long gone.

and sorry to add that the kea is kind of like the holy grail. they've been popping up at off-5th, though.

re: sizing for dvf. if 6 is your size in other dvf wraps you've tried on, go with that, but i generally size up 1 or 2 sizes from my mall-store size for dvf. (for example, i am normally an 8, or 6 at places like the gap, banana, on -- and my usual dvf size is 10)

Thank you so much.  I recently checked with Off Fifth and they did a store search for me.  One popped up on the computer and just happened to be in their store, but they couldn't find it.

I feel your pain w/the Kea - I have been searching for it like a maniac for a long time, and have yet to find one.  I just keep telling myself that one will show up sooner or later

Thanks Bloomie!  That's very sweet of you.  I'd prefer it in a size 2, but I could also probably squeeze into a 0, or go up to a 4.  So any of the above if you find one.  I'll also keep my eyes peeled for a 6 for you!
