American Eagle High Rise Jean

Does anyone own these? They are the American Eagle High Rise Jean. I saw them and tried them in store and loved them. However they were a size 10L and were pretty loose wearable, but they stretch so it would have been bad in a little bit. Also they were $29.99 in store but are $49.99 online. Any advice sizing? How to get them for the same price? I normally wear a 6 in AE but they are pretty tight I also wear a 30 or so in fancy jeans.

How did I miss these?  I'm gonna have to try them on tomorrow! 

I think you can go to the store and they can order them for you and get free shipping.  So I would assume the price would be the same for what they are charging in the store.

As for sizing, did they even have a an 8 to try on even if it wasn't the right length?
