I'm not doing it right now (although I need to be) but I did it a few years ago and lost 40 lbs. I found it really easy to stick with that first time I did it. Now trying to go back to the plan is SO HARD for me. I don't know why.
I did it this fall (from September through mid-December) and lost about 23 lbs. I thought it was super easy. I don't mind eating the same foods over and over, so once I found a few things that were points-friendly, I stuck with them and the lbs melted off. Since I met my goal, I have been sensible about eating, but haven't counted points at all. I have gained about 2 lbs back, but I had lost a few beyond my goal. I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose. I did the online program (no meetings) and I read the message boards to get recipes/snack ideas and stay motivated. Good luck!

I did weight watchers without attending meetings, but by using the tools from online websites such as dwlz.com (dottie's weight loss zone). I had success with it and so have my friends. It's pretty easy to keep track of points once you get the hang of it and know what your favorite points are worth. Good luck!!
I started on it 3 weeks ago and am down almost 10 pounds. Of course, chasing after a one year old has helped too! I'm just doing it online, no meetings. Super easy! I love that you can eat whatever you want just in moderation. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. I've been trying to get that last 10 pounds off for about 6 months and the scales wouldn't move until I started doing this. I've been amazed! It took me 6 months to get back to my pre-preggo weight. But I had gained 10 pounds trying to get pregnant. So FINALLY I am back to my OFFICIAL pre-preggo weight. Sad thing is, I really feel like I need to lose about 10 more for my body to be back the way it was before the baby. SAD! But I'm working on it and feel like if I continue this program I'll be there in no time!!
