marc jacobs mouse flats sizing?

I have found a pair of Marc by Marc Jacobs mouse flats which I have been foaming at the mouth for for quite a while.  I want them, but I normally wear an 8.5 in shoes and the size of these are either a 38 or 39.  What size should I get?
