How did everyone do? I met my goal, so I get to buy some new workout clothes and weights. I'm actually behind on my rewards. I've been a slow shopper this month.
This week my goal is 120 cardio minutes and 2 weight training sessions. I'm happy with extra cardio but 120 minutes is my minimum.
Good job! I met my goals, too. I'm starting to get kind of bummed though because I haven't really lost any weight. I feel a lot better, and i know that's the most important thing, but I could certainly stand to lose 10-15 pounds. I bought lots of yogurt and cottage cheese and I'm really cracking down on my food this week (easy to say now. As i type this DH is picking up pizza).
For this week, I want to do cardio today, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Thursday afternoon we're flying to Florida and will be gone until next Wednesday. I want to get some sort of exercise in on at least three of these days. I'm thinking two trips to a gym (need to research day passes) and some walking. Reward is a new pair of black flats. i've totally worn mine out and they're getting embarassing.
I decided my reward for this week. My BFF and I are having a carpet picnic Friday night (our name for movie night with wine, cheese, breads, and fruit), and my reward is that I'm not going to worry about calories that night. Wee!
