How did everyone do last week? I missed a day but made up for it by doing an extra half hour one day in addition to my evening workout. I've been eating well and trying really hard but I haven't really lost weight and am starting to get kind of frustrated.
This week I want to do cardio on five days and strength training on three days. I'm also going to keep an accurate food log. I haven't decided on a reward yet. I'm thinking maybe something for my hair - I recently went blonde and could use a really good moisturizing, or maybe anti brass shampoo/conditioner.
I'd like to do this -- I did do the elliptical for a half hour today... Not sure what I would want to reward myself with though... maybe going shopping with the credit I'll have from Macy's...

My goal is 3 cardio workouts and 1 weight training workout (with abs on multiple days). My bonus goal is an activity over the weekend, hopefully tennis.
My reward is a new pair of yoga pants (maybe a few pairs if they're a good price) and my bonus reward is a new set of weights.
Not a goal exactly but I'm also writing down everything I eat and doing much better at food the last couple of weeks.
