Cute V-Day Desserts?

I always feel festive on Valentines Day, and I always want to make a cute dessert. Does anyone have any V-Day dessert traditions or seen something that you really wanted to make???

I don't have any fun, unique recipes. But, my mom has mini heart shaped cake pans that are really cute. I made those in vanilla with pink frosting and red sprinkles...very good!

I'm hosting Valentine's tea this year.  My best girlfriend's and I get together about every third month and do this.  This is our first Valentine's themed tea though.  Everybody is bringing something theme oriented.

I'm making a strawberry prosecco soup, heart shaped goat cheese/herb sandwiches and a coeur a la creme:  http://www.globalgourmet.com/food/special/2000/simple_french/creme.html

It's sooo much fun and we absolutely stuff ourselves silly.

They sell the coeur a le creme mold on amazon or sur la table.  Makes for a great presentation.  I make mine with mascarpone cheese instead.

That sounds super delicious.  How do you make the sandwiches and soup?

Esquiress,

Here is the soup recipe: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/235493
I'll probably make some adjustments to it.

I'm not sure which goat cheese recipe I'm using yet. Maybe goat cheese and tapenade.

I'll post pics following the event.
