I'm thinking of asking for the dresser that matches my bed for my birthday, as well as an entertainment armoire from Target.
This is a picture of the bed I have with the dresser I want.
ETA: I have the same headboard, but my footboard is a bit different. I'm not sure how to describe it.
Here's a larger picture of the dresser:
And finally, here is the armoire:
I have two side tables from Target that have that same square pattern on the drawers, but it's minimal, and it looks pretty good with the bed. However, I'm worried the armoire would look odd sitting next to the dresser. Is there too much going on on the armoire? Would it clash with the dresser?
What do you think? Would the dresser and armoire look good sitting next to each other, or is that a decorating faux pas? Thanks ladies!

Carrie Bradshaw: The fact is, sometimes it's really hard to walk in a single woman's shoes. That's why we need really special ones now and then to make the walk a little more fun.
Thanks for the opinions! If I get these two pieces, all of my bedroom furniture will be the same shade of wood, except for my desk. I feel like such a grown-up!
itsapinkthing - I didn't even thinking about switching out the hardware. Thanks! That's a great idea.

Thanks Suasoria! I didn't think about that. It might be a bit overwhelming with two big dark pieces next to each other.
I went to the website of the company that made my bed instead of going to a store website, and that is not the dresser that matches my bed. The one that does is no good for me. Too old-looking. As you can tell, I like furniture that's a bit more modern. Plus, the dresser was about $900. *sigh* I forgot how expensive furniture is. I got my bed on clearance because there was a small ding on the headboard.
Is it so hard to find quality furniture at a decent price? I found a dresser on crate and barrel, but it's veneer. And $550. Yikes.
I think I might just go for the entertainment armoire until I find a dresser in a price range I like.
