Help finding a peridot/yellow gold necklace

A co-worker's 65th birthday is at the end of the month and we all decided to get her something extremely nice for it. She has gorgeous peridot earrings and we know that she loves this stone. We were hoping to get her a necklace to match. I found the pictured necklace online at Amazon which is perfect but won't ship for 4-6 weeks! Can you all help me find something similar? I'm looking for peridot with or without a diamond embellishment in yellow gold. I've checked the major department stores and haven't found anything yet on them.

I couldn't find anything either in the quick search I did.  I hate their commercials, but Jared usually has a great selection of gemstone jewerly.  They don't sell online though.

jewelsforme.com  it looks a little chintzy  (the website) but my boyfriend got me a peridot from there and it is very pretty and they are affordable. They also ship fast.

I actually saw some very nice looking peridot pieces last week at Sam's Club, and remarked that I was surprised that they had some peridot pieces in yellow gold, which is unusual.  They had a nice selection of gem stone jewelry overall.  I can't find anything online on their site, but if there is a Sam's Club near you, it might be worth a visit.

I was searching for peridot jewelry in September, and found some at both Overstock and Smartbargains. I scored great earrings from Smartbargains, and made my first return to Overstock with a peridot ring. It was nice, just smaller than I imagined.
