This week I have to work out 4 days at the gym (one day can be at home since it's weights only day) and either do a 5th day on the weekend or do some kind of physical activity (i.e. tennis). So a total of 5 workouts this week. Prize - The Tudors on DVD. Technically I already bought it while it was on sale but I can't watch it until I accomplish my goal and I have to take it back if I don't.
2nd mini-goal: 64 ounces of water every weekday, at the very least. I can't count on weekends because I have such a different schedule but the weeks should be full of water consumption.
I signed up for my local college's winter intersession Physical Fitness Lab. Last week was my 1st full week. Only did 4 days of 30 min of cardio and 30 min of weight training. However, I didn't eat very well, so I don't think it made much of a difference. This week I hope to do 5 days and eat healthier.
I just have a new goal that I wanted to add. In April we're going to Florida to spend time with DH's family and his super skinny/fit cousin is going to be there. I will NOT feel like a hefer on the beach next to her. I don't have a specific weight goal in mind but I want to be lean and toned. Goal reward is this:

I'm assuming you mean the suit and not the too-skinny body?
