Maybe take one piece of clothing to acquaint yourself with per day. So, maybe you start researching what is new for spring in skirts on Thursday, Dresses on Friday, cropped pants on Saturday, etc. etc. make a notebook or a Word file of your favorites as you go along. Then, closer to the nicer weather, revisit your choices and see what you really want to purchase and make part of your wardrobe this year. Of course, you can always bounce stuff off of at StyleThread! :)
I love Spring clothes! Even though it will be a good three months before it's warm enough to wear them, I do like to start wearing lighter colors by February and layering them with warm items.
I would love to find some lavender and pink trouser pants.
Possibly a white jacket.
Cute shoes. I'm thinking a pair of low heels and I'm still searching for the perfect mocs.
I've realized I don't have enough cute short sleeve tops, so I'm looking for those.
Spring/Summer is most of the year here, so I definitely want to invest in basics with cool details.
* great, COMFY, leather sandals * cute short sleeve/sleeveless tops * full skirts in bright prints * mabye a handbag or two from a midrange designer. my handbag collection is seriously lacking. * dresses. I ALWAYS want dresses (generally tend to buy DVF or Rachel Pally on sale)

And a new Handbag!
I am definately with you girls there. The thing I need to do though is pick a few great pieces. I tend to want to spend uncontrollably when it comes to spring/summer, so I'll need to narrow down a list.
i love those! i'm thinking of getting them in blue.
besides that, i always love white dresses (and dresses in general), i want a cute casual jacket, and cute casual wear. i always have trouble with the transitional stage of cold winter wear to warm spring.
I those sandals too! We have a vendor at our summer market that handmakes ones just like that, but I missed out last year. This year they're mine!
I'm mostly ready for spring for gardening purposes, but I would like to get some nicer bermudas this year. Something not quite as casual as the others I have. And a nice, light spring jacket. I'm tired of parkas .
