Would anyone be interested in some sort of workout challenge? Maybe we could set individual goals and rewards and hold each other accountable? I've been eating okay (by my standards) but I really hate winter - by 8pm I just want to go to bed and I've been so unmotivated.
I could be interested in something like this. I need to get motivated to workout and look good before swimsuit season gets here. I have no problem eating healthy, but exercising is a different story.
I'm in. DH and I got gym memberships in the beginning of December and we've been going about 4-5 times a week, so I'm off to a good start. I could always use extra motivation though as well as some pointers for working out.
Im in as well. I was in a good routine of going to the gym daily and eating healthy before the holidays, but now i can't find the motivation.

Yay! I'm glad to see so many people interested! As for our individual goals, what kind of time frame do you want to do for the rewards? Do you want to do smaller weekly or biweekly rewards or bigger monthly rewards?
