I swore I was going to be better about eating/exercising, so I'm going to try to keep posting D&E to keep myself on a better track. It helps to have to recall everything I've eaten in one place.
B: 4- egg white omelet w/ asparagus and mushroom, 3 wheat-nut bread pieces (off a baguette, so small-ish), coffee
S: orange, tea
L: maybe a cup of ww linguini w/spinach pesto (made w/tofu!), steamed broccoli, mango
S: pear, a few pieces of fudge (limiting myself to 2! Ok, 3!)
D: Asian slaw salad (broccoli slaw, mandarin oranges, green onions, red pepper with orange-sesame-rice vinegar dressing), miso soup
E: 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minute dog-walk
