It could be but it might not be at the same time. I've gotten pimples so close to my lip that I thought it was one but it turned out not to be. If it's a cold sore and it's left untreated, it will most likely get bigger and get full of liquid so I'd probably go get some abreeva and treat it just to be on the safe side.
Get some Abreva today! It won't hurt if it turns out to be a pimple, but it will make a world of difference if it turns out to be a cold sore. I get cold sores every few years when I am really stressed and sometimes I think they are pimples when they first show up, then I try and pop it and make things a million times worse. I've since learned my lesson and use Abreva as soon as I see the little bump to be on the safe side. I recently had a pimple that I thought was a cold sore so I know it can be confusing when they first pop up.
I think I'll put something on it to be on the safe side. I don't have Abreva but I do have some other types of cold sore treatments.
Thank you girls!

If it turns out to be a cold sore, then I highly reccommend you splurge for the Abreva. I have tried many OTC remedies and Abreva is leaps and bounds above the rest in comforting, healing, and speedy recovery! Just a suggestion.
