I know this has probably been done before, but I have special circumstances... I'm starting up Lifetime Fitness's bootcamp next wednesday and I am totally not ready for it. I want to do a detox diet to help get my body ready for the dietary changes, problem is, I have limited access to food, kitchen, etc. (still in dorms) DOes anyone know of any simple, nutritious detox diets that will cleanse my system?
