I take prenatals, and have done so since I first conceived. A few times I tried to go off them and just felt wiped out. Additionally, I take an Olive essence when my energy is lagging, and Rescue Remedy when I am stressed out beyond belief. I also add this german powder mix to my drink in the morning...not sure what all is in it...something for digestion, something for energy, iron and a bunch of vits.
I take: *multivitamin (Centrum) * biotin (good for healthy nails) *folic acid (good for healthy hair?)
I read in Cosmo that prenatal vitamins have high concentrations of biotin and folic acid, which are supposed to be good for healthy nails and hair. But it was cheaper to buy biotin and folic acid separately.

I have these, but rarely take them. I'm so bad at remembering to do so.
*Flinstone's gummy vitamins with extra Vitamin C
*Iron (for iron deficiency obviously)
I should take some calcium supplements too. Most mornings though I drink an Instant Breakfast which has lots of vitamins and minerals.
I thought I was the only one over the age of 10 still taking Flintstones vitamins. All my friends laugh when they see the container on my kitchen counter, but they are the only vitamin I can stomach!
-multivitamin -calcium (for strong bones of course but I take it with meals to help settle my temperamental stomach) -cinnamon (I have some insulin problems, cinnamon helps regulate that apparently. I actually do feel a lot better when I remember to take it regularly) -probiotics (helps digestion) -Vitamin B complex (I'll probably stop taking this when the bottle runs out. It's supposedly good for energy, I just bought a huge honking bottle when I started taking a medicine that depletes Vit B, but now that I'm off it I don't think I have a huge need for the supplement anymore) -iron (I'm slightly anemic)

Ha! I take a Flintstones too! Centrum multis upset my stomach even with food. Chewables it is!
I don't always take all my vitamins everyday but here they are:
Multi Green tea extract - for all the things green tea is good for since I don't drink it often B complex - metabolism although when I take the B with a caffeinated beverage, I get the shakes - does this happen to anyone else? Some supplement that's supposed to help muscles and bones (forgot the name) cranberry extract with vitamin c - urinary tract health fiber chews
I'm adding calcium and fish oil as soon as I remember to buy them (ran out of them)

Centrum makes grownup chewables -- I take them. And they're the only vitamin I take, only b/c I take enough pills as it is. I even have an old-lady pillbox!

The only thing I really get is vitamins from my Instant Breakfast. I used to take Flintstones may have to take that again. Also use to have Viactiv but I prefer my choclate creamy, not chewy.
does it make you get a belly ache/cramps? i took a GNC fish oil pill 1x a day but got such stomach aches/pains/cramps/etc I had to stop. After I stopped the pain went away so I figured it wasn't a coincidence.
when I remember, I take: an all natural super strength 1 a day with cranberry and decent amounts of D and iron (to keep me from having to take those as well) evening primrose oil fiber suppliment an occasional calcium suppliment

It has never hurt my stomach. I have taken it on and off for years.
