I've been waking up at 5:30am instead of 7:30am since I started back FT at school. I moved up my work schedule to get out earlier for class. However, I'm still getting to sleep at 11~ish, I tried going to bed at 9 the other day and I couldnt get to sleep.
Anyway, the lack of sleep is showing on my eyes, I have puffy little bags underneath my eyes. Are there any proven tips I can try to minimize them? I have 3 more weeks of school before I can switch my back to my old schedule.
