Just curious. If I do everything I'm supposed to, it seems like it could take 20 minutes to get ready for bed. Not such a big deal now that I'm single, but when I was with ex-BF he'd get really impatient because we'd head up for bed but wouldn't actually get to sleep for a long time. I can't figure out if I'm normal or taking a really long time. I can't think of anything I could eliminate, though. Right now I:
-brush hair -brush teeth, floss, use mouthwash -wash face, use face mask 2x week -tweeze brows -putting on lotion -use eye cream -whatever other random thing I come up with

Do you tweeze your brows nightly? I wish I had your discipline!
I think it's pretty standard. I do all that (except the brow tweezing). I'm pretty obsessive about moisturizing my feet, especially in the winter months.
A tip from my friend the dentist: Always floss before you brush.
wash face/remove makeup (at night I use Olay Daily Facials)
apply acne gel
moisturize face and apply eye cream
I save the face masks and any other treatments that take time for the weekends.
I don't tweeze my brows often since I get them threaded at an Indian place every month or so. When I do tweeze, it's in the morning after I shower since the hair comes out more easily.
Admittedly, I do not always brush my hair. It's because my hair never gets tangled and I'm too lazy.
My DH gets so annoyed but I probably take 15 unless I start dawdling........
Eye make up remover Wash face with cleanser sometimes take out contacts eye cream night time cream pick at face (gross I know, but whatever) general waste time in closet
I hate getting ready for bed, especially when I'm tired!
Brush teeth Floss/mouthwash (mostly only when I go to bed early enough) Makeup remover towelettes wash hands toner moisturize face lip gloss moisturize hands brush hair
Wow. I do all the things you girls do and it only takes me about 5 minutes. Admittedly, sometimes I'm a bit lazy about flossing as often as I should. Oops.
Take out contacts/switch glasses, depending on what I wore that day Wash face with cetaphil tone (3x week - I have really dry skin) moisturize brush/floss/etc.
Brush and floss Take contacts out Wash face Moisturize Take vitamins and pills
I'm more of a morning person (sick, I know) so when I'm ready for bed, I just want to get into bed and not screw around with all the other stuff, like plucking eyebrows and showering, so I do that in the a.m.
Remove eye makeup Floss and brush Cleanse face and exfoliate Apply eyelash conditioner Apply eye cream Aplly serum and moisturizer to face Finish with lip balm Moisturize hands and feet
I think I take about 15 minutes, which my husband defines as "forever".
Take Pill and vitamins Floss Use mouthwash (usually I forget this) Brush Teeth Clean contacts Remove eye makeup Wash face Put on eye cream and Retin-A Put on lotion Put on Chapstick
remove eye makeup brush teeth floss (I don't do this as frequently as I should though) wash face apply acne stuff moisturize apply lip balm put on lotion go to bed.

I'm too tired at night to do much more. I do shower sometimes at night if I want to blowout my hair and keep it straight for a few days, but that's only once in a while, when I'm feeling inspired.
Mine is about 5 minutes and I still think it takes too long. I think it's because I'm usually exhausted by the time I get to bed (esp these days since I'm working right up to bedtime). - brush teeth - floss - wash face - mouthwash - toner - moisturize face and eyecream - vaseline on lips and origins peace of mind behind ears
