iso black round toe boots with cuffs

im looking for a pair of black leather round toe (but not too round) boots with  cuffs at the top.   i want them to be both casual but not too casual.  they can also have a bit of a heel.  something in the line of this pair i found, but i dont want to spend $400 on these boots.  im afraid that the Frye boots i found are a bit cowboyish...?

i think the frye ones are cute and not particularly cowboyish. it looks like they've been reduced to $279 now too
